How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping time is 7-10 days. Shipping excludes the weekends (Friday-Sunday)

How can I track my order?
- After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk folder if you did not receive.
- Once it has been shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number and link where you will be able to track your package. If your tracking number attached to the email does not lead you to the USPS website, you can input the tracking number directly on www.usps.com. If you have not received an email and it has been 2 weeks, please fill out the form on the contact page.
Return/Exchange Policy
We do understand that sometimes our products may experience some unexpected damage, wear and tear that may be caused while in transit. Unfortunately we do not do returns, however our exchange policy is within 30 days of your purchase.
You have one week from the delivery date to report any damages to any of the products that you've purchased for a replacement. If your order qualifies for an exchange, you have one week to return with our pre-paid label. If the item has not been shipped within that time frame, the label will then become void and you are responsible for the costs of returning the item for exchange.
